Welcome to my new post.

Today I am going to talk to you about something that has me obsessed.

A week ago my family gave me the complete Harry Potter saga for my birthday. They know that I am a huge fan of movies and books.

I am very happy, now I wake up in the morning and start studying with enthusiasm, because when I finish an assignment I read a chapter, and then I start studying again, and then I read another chapter. I think that never in my life I had been so productive, because before it was hard for me to start studying, but now I found a way to motivate myself. My family thought that giving me books would make me forget my studies, but the opposite happened.

I've already finished reading two books, and I don't know what I'm going to do when I'm done reading them. Probably I wil buy more books, although I doubt it, it is much more likely that I will reread the saga at least 20 times.

I could write to you all day about Harry Potter, but I don't want to waste your time.

POST 8 >> A SUBJECT YOU'VE ENJOYED STUDYING THIS SEMESTER

 Hello everyone, welcome to my blog, I hope you enjoy it.

Today I will talk about my favorite subject. I really like the university carrer that I am studying, and there are many fun subjects, although others not so much.

My favorite subject is General Chemistry I, I think it is very easy to study and I get very good mark, also the classes are at comfortable hours, therefore it is not difficult for me to pay attention.

The contents that we have seen are:

•        Structure and property is from the matter.
•        Chemical bond.
•        Nomenclature and types of chemical reactions
•        Stoichiometry.
•        Solutions and concentration.

I have to confess that it is very difficult for me to understand the subjects, especially when they have numbers, for this reason general chemistry I is my favorite subject, and not mechanics or calculus.

During chemistry classes I pay a lot of attention and ask a lot of questions (via chat, because I'm too shy to turn on the microphone), I also solve all the guides that they give us and I almost never miss classes, unless it is really necessary.

POST 7 >> AN EXPERT ON I FIELD

Hello everyone, I hope you are well. Today I am going to talk about a woman that I admire a lot. She is the reason why I am studying this career and is the best model: Marie Curie.

Maria Salomea Sklodowska-Curie

Maria Salomea Sklodowska-Curie was a Polish and naturalized-French physicist and chemist. She was the first person to receive two Nobel Prizes: Physicsand Chemistry and the first woman in made classes at the University of Paris.

In 1903 she was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for the discovery of radioactive elements and in 1911 she was awarded a second Nobel Prize, Chemistry, for her research on radium and their compounds.

Marie Curie was director of the Paris Radio Institute in 1914 and “The Curie Institute” was founded. She died in 1934 from aplastic anemia caused by her high radiation exposure.

I know people who consider her an example to follow and this includes me, because she was a very intelligent woman and never gave up to achieve her dreams, because being a woman and being recognized for her achievements was impossible.

It is a sad ending for this admirable woman, but at the same time it was very heroic, because thanks to her today many things are known about radioactive elements. She is a woman to be admired.

 Hello everybody!

Welcome again to my English blog

To be honest, I did not know what to write this week's blog, because it is much more difficult for me to write about something when the theme is free than when they tell me what to write.

After thinking for a long time, I decided to talk about one of my favorite hobbies: cold porcelain.

It is not an interesting theme, but I think porcelain miniature figures are very cute and I wanted to share some photos of what can be made with porcelain. I hope you like it.

I learned how to make porcelain the last year in a workshop, and I learned how to make figures.

In the actuality I can't work with porcelain because I have to study a lot and I do not have more time, but when the classes are over, I will create a lot of things again.

Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about one of the best photographs you will see in your life.

I’m just kidding, it's not the best photo in the world, but it's very special to me.

I was not very sure about which picture choose because there are many photos that bring me good memories, I have others that do not bring me very good memories, but they bring an important event in my life.

The picture was taken by my younger sister Antonia, it shows my dog in the backyard of my house, The picture was taken a long time ago, I think about 2 years ago during the summer, but I am not really sure, time has passed very fast.

I like this picture because it is very beautiful, I like the colors and because my dog died a long time ago and with this picture, I can see it again and remember it. She was a very good dog, and that is why I have a very special affection for her.

POST 4 >> "MY FAVORITE MOVIE"

My favorite movie is "Brother Bear" because it talks about a boy named Kenai pursues a bear, in the fight his oldest brother Sitka is killed. The Spirits change Kenai into a bear himself as punishment.  Kenai must travel to a mountain to be human again where the Northern lights touch the earth, in this movie is important the love of brothers, it is very funny and has a lot of great songs.

I like the movies of comedy or animated!.

I do not remember which movie I saw recently because I am studying a lot these months and I have not seen movies for a long time. I think the last one I saw was “Aquaman”. If you are a fan of hero’s movies, I recommend it.

I am not a big fan of movies, I prefer series, but sometimes I never finish them. I usually leave the movie playing while I am studying.

POST 3 >> MY FAVOURITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

I want to talk about my favorite piece of technology, it is a console of video game called Xbox, in this console you can play alone or with friends. I have the xbox since 2010 when I was 10 years old for Christmas, it was the best gift of my parents have given me in years.

I usually use it to play alone or with my younger sister on vacation because there I have free hours to play multiple games like action games or dance games.

I have the best memories with him, in my adolescence I spent time every day on the Xbox and now in the pandemic I used to have a good physical condition, but now the console is starting to fail so now I am sad because I am one of those people who is sentimental with objects.
